Terms of exchange and return:

  • Returns and exchanges are possible if the product is in good condition - delivery at the customer's expense.
  • All orders that are not picked up within 5-7 business days after arrival will be automatically returned.
  • If the product arrives defective or there is damage after transportation - you must refuse the parcel at the department, and, if possible, send a photo of the defect, in this case you do not pay anything for delivery, if you received the parcel and determine the defect already at home - exchange /return at your expense.
  • Return or exchange of goods must be agreed upon with the manager.
  • A refund or a replacement will be sent only after we receive your return, check it, and if the product is in its original condition, there is original packaging and you have not used the replacement product, or we will issue a refund.
  • If the returned item shows signs of use, we will return the item to you.
  • We will not be able to receive all return parcels sent to us by cash on delivery (in this case, you need to cancel the cash on delivery, which can be done at the branch of the transport company).
